With much excitement, we announce the appointment of Yn. Karine Malkhasyan as our new Junior Choir Director. Yn. Karine holds a graduate degree in folk vocal music from the Komitas State Conservatory. Singing since the age of two, Yn. Karine began her musical career singing in folk ensembles. She was also a choir member and soloist at St. Sarkis Vicarial Church of Araratyan Diocese, Yerevan Armenia and taught music at the B. Kanachyan Art School, the A. Hekimyan Music School, as well at the Jivan Ashoughagan School before coming to America in 2010. Junior Choir rehearsals are on Fridays at 3:30pm.
