Nearly 150 guests were present on Sunday, April 17, at Manhasset's North Hills Country Club to celebrate the 60th (Diamond) anniversary of the Holy Martyrs Women's Guild. The Women's Guild has been in continuous services and a supportive arm of our parish for over six decades. Event committee chairpersons, Arlene Aprahamian and Mary Slevinazian, as well as Honorary Chair, Anahid Piranian, welcomed seven past chairwomen of the Guild that afternoon. Entertainment was provided by the sensational dance group, "The Red Hot Mamas." Fr. Abraham expressed his joy of working with this wonderful group of women who have helped bring Holy Martyrs to the pinnacle that it has reached today. Congratulations to all our hardworking ladies over the years!
