On Saturday morning, September 17, two dozen men of various ages and from many parishes, came to Holy Martyrs for a special Men’s Fellowship Power Breakfast. The men came together to explore, share and view Authentic Manhood and “Seasons of a Man.” The fellowship breakfast showed that men can enjoy and benefit from authentic guidance in dealing with life issues such as school, work, family and community.  The breakfast was not a Bible study session. It was a real, relevant Christian life educational experience where men came to recognize and discuss the need for substantial preparation in facing life challenges. The morning started out with delicious pancakes, eggs, pasterma and soujouk and ended with many positive comments such as: “If only I had known this years ago!”
