On the morning of Saturday, April 8, seven members from our ACYOA Seniors group volunteered at the weekly soup kitchen hosted by Father's Heart Ministries. Throughout the morning, our members were involved in helping prepare meals and package take-home perishable and non-perishable goods for over 700 guests. ACYOA members had the chance to meet other volunteers from different churches and organizations with similar goals. Additionally, our members were able to interact with many guests who came from underprivileged backgrounds. This experience allowed our ACYOA the chance to give back to our greater community outside of the Armenian church. All of our members had a rewarding experience and are humbled and grateful for all that God has given them.
