Ascension Day (Hampartzoom) was celebrated on Thursday, May 25.  Following Badarak, a meatball and pasta luncheon was served in the church auditorium hosted by the Women’s Guild. Despite the very rainy weather, over 50 people attended the Hampartzoom celebration and traditional Vijag (fortune telling) under the direction of Mary Haroutunian and Mary Selvinazian.  It was an afternoon filled with joy, singing and good fellowship. The Women's Guild is thankful to all who attended and supported them and to the Guild members who worked hard to make the luncheon memorable.
