From Friday, November 17 to Sunday, November 19, the ACYOA Seniors attended the annual Leadership Conference held at the St. Iakovos Retreat Center in Kansasville, Wisconsin. Brian Sarafyan, Christopher Artun, Alen Dokmeciyan, and Armen Bijimenian represented Holy Martyrs at the event and had an opportunity to network and reconnect with Central Council members, fellow youth in the Eastern Diocese, and clergy. Among other ideas, participants learned about how to better market themselves in their respective church communities and coordinate events effectively. Key takeaways included utilizing technology to reach as many people as possible and honing individual leadership skills. The weekend was a success and left all participants feeling fulfilled and refreshed, eager to implement what they learned to grow their chapters. The Seniors and Juniors would like to express sincere gratitude to the Parish Council, auxiliaries, and all parishioners for their continued support of the youth's endeavors.
