Twenty-two women attended the June 12 Women's Guild Spring Trip to Huntington, NY. The group dined at Restaurant Joanina, a charming Italian restaurant downtown. Following the 3-course luncheon, the women visited Bon Bons Chocolatier on Main Street, a popular destination for handcrafted  chocolates and gift items. The attendees were treated to a one hour presentation about the history of chocolate by the owner of Bon Bons and a tour of the shop and kitchen. The workers dipped and molded handmade chocolates and gave out tasting samples to the group and a small gift box of chocolates for each guest to take home. The trip was arranged by Claire Bardakian.
