Ten young girls from our schools represented the ten maidens during the Holy Tuesday service in commemoration of the parable of the Wise and Foolish Maidens (Matthew 25:1-13). During his reflections, Fr. Abraham told the young girls that life is short and they should always be prepared for Christ. He then relit the lamps of those girls who represented the “unwise” maidens and told all the girls that they should always do good deeds, be good students, listen to their parents and teachers and not make “unwise” or “foolish” decisions in life.
