Shnorhali
The voices of the Shnorhali Choir resonated beautifully in the magnificent acoustics of St. Malachy’s Church – The Actors’ Chapel, last Sunday afternoon. With a repertoire of traditional and popular Armenian songs, the audience was inspired and uplifted as all present remembered the martyrs of the Armenian Genocide. Guest soloists Ruthann Turekian and Yn. Karine Malkhasyan, the Arekag Children’s Chorus, and cellist Laura Navasardian provided a magical program of unbelievable talent. Many thanks to Abp. Khajag Barsamian, Primate, clergymen from Diocesan and Prelacy churches and representatives from the Armenian Mission to the United Nations for attending the concert. We are one people working together to spread awareness about our history. Thank you Maestro Ohanyan and the Shnorhali Choir for an amazing concert! Vartzgernit gadar!
