On Thursday, April 23 Fr. Abraham and the faithful gathered in the church auditorium to watch a live telecast of the historic canonization of the Genocide martyrs which took place in Holy Etchmiadzin. His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, led the canonization service followed by a moment of silence, the ringing of bells and the singing of Hayr Mer simultaneously worldwide.
