On Sunday, October 30, 40 Sunday School students (grades 6-11) and parents traveled to The Cloisters in Manhattan. Before departing by bus, Garen offered a prayer and after the group arrived they split into two groups for guided tours of the museum and gardens. Everyone enjoyed learning more about the medieval religious art and history. At the conclusion of the morning, the group ate lunch overlooking the Hudson River and then returned back to Holy Martyrs.
