On Saturday, February 4, Holy Martyrs Armenian Language School (HMALS) hosted their annual Manti Night fundraiser. Principal Elizabeth Khodabash opened the evening with a warm welcome and thanked everyone in attendance for their support. Fr. Abraham then offered his blessings and was delighted to the see the tremendous outpouring of love for the mission of HMALS. Board Chair, Susie Horioglu, also thanked all those who attended and for making the event a huge success. The tables were filled with an assortment of delicious mezzes followed by the main course of manti and desserts. The family style servings replicated a traditional Armenian table set among friends and family. All who attended enjoyed an evening of wonderful food, fellowship and entertainment. HMALS alumni students, “HYE Entertainment," entertained the crowd with a variety of traditional and modern Armenian music. Old and young filled the dance floor throughout the evening. Special thanks are extended to HMALS Board members, friends and family who donated their time and money to help make the evening a memorable and successful event.
