HMADS is 50
On Friday, February 1, Holy Martyrs Armenian Day School (HMADS) began its Golden Celebration of 50 years of excellence in education. The entire HMADS Family paraded into the church auditorium to be greeted by an excited, full audience, ready to celebrate a big 50th birthday. All of the students presented various projects to honor this special occasion. A brand new school logo and tagline: Inspiring the Future, Honoring Heritage, were also revealed. A special golden ribbon was cut by the 2017 graduating class, alongside Fr. Abraham, Principal Seta Tavitian Megherian, Administrator Zarmine Boghosian, HMADS Board Members and Yn. Yefkin Megherian (whose husband and Holy Martyrs' first pastor, Fr. Vartan Megherian, was instrumental in the establishment of the school). HMADS looks forward to another 50 years of inspiring and educating our youth! Please click here to read the full article on the day's festivities.
