On Saturday, February 25, HMALS held a Vartanantz Assembly to commemorate and honor St. Vartan and his companions. Parents and grandparents enjoyed our children's recitations of Vartanank poems and listened to various songs sung about Kach Vartan Mamigonian. He and his soldiers valiantly fought against Persians during the Battle of Avarayr to protect our Christian faith and heritage.
