Fr. Abraham visited St. John’s University on Thursday, April 20, to conduct a workshop on spirituality and religion for the SJU Armenian Students group and others. The workshop, organized by St. John’s undergrad Alexia Dolamakian, addressed the relationship between spirituality and religion. Fr. Abraham explained how both spirituality and religion are necessary parts of the Christian life and explained techniques that people can use to increase spirituality. He also discussed recent Pew surveys on the decline in religious affiliation among Millennials. A question and answer session followed.
