During Memorial Day weekend, over 15 of our ACYOA Seniors members attended the General Assembly and Sports Weekend in New Jersey, hosted by St. Leon Armenian Church. Four delegates and three observers attended the General Assembly, and our group's chairperson, Hayk Matevosyan, served as one of the secretaries recording the minutes of the event. During the rest of the weekend our members enjoyed delicious food, dances, and the companionship of fellow Armenians in a weekend with other 300 attendees. Our ACYOA members returned from the weekend having made new friends, all while learning of ways to make our parish and our ACYOA better at Holy Martyrs.
