From novices to experts, several Women's Guild members gathered last week to prepare manti for the church's annual Street Festival in September. As most of us know, making manti is labor-intensive, but there were many hands filling and pinching the manti which resulted in the preparation of an amazing 85 pounds of the traditional delicacy. In addition to cooking, the women were able to catch up with their friends and meet new ones! Thank you to all the ladies who volunteered. Stay tuned for more future food preparation dates.
