Cultural Month
On Monday, October 23, the HMADS student body celebrated Cultural Month and the life of their very first teacher, Mesrob Mashdots, with a wonderful assembly. Beautiful recitations and songs in honor of Cultural Month were presented to a very welcoming audience of parents, grandparents, and alumni. The program began with an opening prayer by Fr. Abraham and welcoming remarks from HMADS Principal, Seta T. Megherian. The students then took to the stage and performed beautifully. The 4th, 5th and 6th grade students also took part in the annual "Alice Jamgotchian" recitation contest. All present were very proud of the students who were all very well prepared and excited to perform and recite. These beautiful memories will surely last a lifetime both for the students and the families.
