Bible Sunday
Last Sunday, the students of the kindergarten and sixth grade classes of the Sunday School were presented with Bibles. As he reflected on the day's Gospel reading (Luke 8:17-21), Fr. Abraham reminded the congregation that the Bible is the vehicle to 'see' Jesus. The parents present pledged to read the Bible with their children. Fr. Abraham told the students, "this Bible is not just a gift, but homework. You must read it and learn from it."
