On Tuesday evening, April 24, approximately 50 faithful gathered in the sanctuary to pray for the intercession of the Saints of the Armenian Genocide. "Three years ago, during the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide of 1915, the victims were canonized by His Holiness Karekin II in Holy Etchmiadzin. We used to have hokehankisd and weep on April 24. Now, we commemorate our newly canonized saints and turn to them for guidance," said Fr. Abraham. A procession to the church plaza and prayers at the Memorial Khatchkar and Jugha Khatchkar made the service even more special.
