On Saturday evening, May 19, over 100 people, including many children, enjoyed the first Yerevan Nights gathering at Holy Martyrs. The event, sponsored by the Parish Council, was open to all and geared towards Armenians from Armenia. Fr. Abraham, with much enthusiasm, introduced himself and the church website to the attendees, many who were newcomers to the church. He also explained the benefits of becoming connected to the church community and presented the various church groups and auxiliaries of the church. An abundant table of delicious dinner and dessert items and DJ music made for a wonderful evening of fellowship. The Parish Council is thankful to all who brought their favorite dishes to complement the kebab dinner they provided. Look for news about more fun gatherings in future issues of the eNewsletter.
