Clergy Meeting

Clergy Meeting
On Thursday, June 21, Diocesan clergy from the North Atlantic region gathered at St. Mary Armenian Church in Livingston, NJ to discuss important issues related to the Mission of the Armenian Church. Clergy also discussed daily challenges and shared experiences with each other. Very Rev. Fr. Daniel Findikyan, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern), presided over the meeting, which was attended by 20 clergy.

The mission of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church is to preach the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and to proclaim its message of salvation. This mission is realized through worship, education, witness, service, and the common life in Christ as expressed in the distinctive faith-experience of the Armenian people. All members of the Armenian Church—both clergy and lay—are called to participate fully in its mission.
