Holy Martyrs Armenian Day School had an exciting week of activities. On Monday, March 11 the auditorium transformed into a Science Museum displaying all the work of the children. Grandparents were invited to a special afternoon brunch in celebration of Vartanants Day and were able to peruse the magnificent science displays all around. Principal, Seta T. Megherian welcomed an excited audience of our special and much loved grandparents. Each grade performed songs and recitations that marveled all who were present.
A week full of activities continued at HMADS as the Science Fair was underway. Students presented their topics, showed power point presentations and displayed their work. Students also had the opportunity to learn many interesting facts from Mr. Edward Torossian, PE and Dr. Robert Petrossian MD, HMADS Alumni Class of '99.
The week culminated with a special Invention Convention. Members of the AESA were present to judge our annual Invention Convention. Students in grades 3-6 took part in creating, displaying and demonstrating an invention they designed. It was a wonderful week filled with excitement!
