On Wednesday evening, November 20, eight women were initiated as members of our newly formed Young Women’s Guild. The women joined Fr. Abraham and members of the Women’s Guild Executive Board in the sanctuary for prayers and the recitation of a pledge to the group. Following the ceremony, the women had a meeting and enjoyed refreshments together celebrating their new “sisterhood.” The Young Women’s Guild meets once a month during the evening.
