During the St. Stephen’s Day luncheon, Fr. Abraham honored Noubar and Ann Mahdessian, two dedicated and humble “servants” of our parish. Longtime parishioners, the Mahdessians have helped launder the church’s altar cloths, shabigs and tablecloths for years. They have also generously supported many activities of the church and its schools financially. A Certificate of Appreciation, bouquet of flowers and gift were presented to the Mahdessians. With much happiness, Noubar Mahdessian stated, “The church protects our Armenian identity and heritage. By serving the Lord, I am saying “thank you” to God for my many blessings.”
